SMS Terms

These terms apply to the text-messaging program offered by Bay Area Insulation Services Inc.

1. Program and sender

Bay Area Insulation Services Inc. offers optional informational and promotional text messages. Informational messages may include responses to inquiries, estimate follow-ups, appointment confirmations and reminders, and project updates. Promotional messages may include special offers and promotions for our insulation services. Our business and SMS contact number is (650) 499-6711.

2. Separate, optional consent

You choose informational and promotional messages independently through the chat widget. Neither choice is preselected. You may choose either, both, or neither. We send messages only within the categories you authorize. Messages may be sent using automated technology. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.

3. Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your inquiries, appointments, projects, and the categories you select. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent and received. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.

4. Stop messages or rejoin

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a message from us or texting STOP to (650) 499-6711. You will receive an unsubscribe confirmation, after which no further messages will be sent through the program unless you opt in again. For assistance subscribing again after opting out, contact us by phone or email. New consent is required before messages resume.

6. Delivery and carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your mobile network and device and cannot be guaranteed.

Only provide a number you own or are authorized to use. If you change or give up that number, let us know so we can update your communication preferences. This program is intended for adults aged 18 or older.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information and SMS consent. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
